The apartment we stayed in was just down the road from the hotel,it was close to a ski lift, ski school,bus stop,supermarket,bank, tourist info office and a 10-15 min walk to the train station which is not maned, just a hut.lovely location,would suit those who do not mind walking or have a car if you go in the quiet season.

The hotels was shut, they close just after easter or when the snow is not on the slopes, so april is not the best time to go if you want sking near by, the closest ski run open was in kaprun, can be reached by train. and bus

Our apartment was large enough to stay for two adults with baby. The nature and mountains are really beautiful around.

The food and wine selection were excellent. the adults' wellness area was a real treat. On top of that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The experience was spoiled by the hotel being quite inconvenient for skiing - not being located close to the ski lift, which became quite a nuisance during the Christmas holidays. the shuttle service could have been better organized.

Our apartment was very comfortable and roomy. There are a lot of leisure activities and family programs around our accommodation.

No internet connection in the rooms although the owner assured us they have LAN with cable in each room. He still didn't make a single effort to fix it during our 6 days stay. I doubt there is such a connection at all as he refused to change our room as well. The hotel doesn't respond to 3* category in term of service. Room was not vacuum -cleaned not once during 6 days stay. Towels were not change also not a single time for the whole stay. When a towel was left on the floor as dirty they just took it away without giving a clean one. Bed was broken and the staff was informed but didn't do anything except turning upside down the matress. Worn out old matresses which are absolutely uncofortable. Breakfast is poor. Dinner we had a-la-carte.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, surrounded by rolling green hills and at the foot of the mountains. The facilities were perfect for my needs, with an indoor pool and sauna that helped me relax during my stay. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Lastly, the breakfast was simply delicious, providing me with the energy I needed to start my day.

הגענו כמשפחה 2 מבוגרים ו- 3 ילדים . החדרים שקבלנו לא היו צמודים זה לזה. ניתנה אפשרות לקבל ארוחת ערב (עסקית )בעלות של 8 יורו. כשבעלי ביקש נאמר לו שרק אם כולם מזמינים זה אפשרי.

Family driven hotel, 10-12km away from Kaprun and Zell am See. Free parking in front of hotel, free cable Internet, plus wireless in the restaurant. Staff extremely friendly. Clean and quiet room. Nice variety of food to choose for both breakfast and dinner, real pleasure. Ski bus taking the skiers to Zell am See, free of charge. Separate ski room for placing skis and boots. Sauna is a bonus to this great little hotel. Great value for money.

Room could have a few more shelves for placing wardrobe, but that's not a big complaint.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the gondolas, nestled in beautiful rolling hills at the foot of the mountains. It was also away from the hustle of the base station in a charming town center. the restaurant served a great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options. the spa and massage services were excellent.

The rooms were outdated and in need of updating, with no air conditioning.
